Training in MY Eyes

Health, fitness, and ultimate wellness aren't defined by sweating until you’re swimming in your own puddle- or lifting things up until your arms can barely move- or repping out squats until your legs give out from under you. I’m here to introduce you the bigger, better, smarter, and much more effective side of fitness and health that also include expanding lives physically AND mentally. I’m here to show you that no matter what your Xpectations are from day 1 with me, you’re going to crush those Xpectations, then you’re going to Xceed them! Because guess what…. Goals HAVE NO LIMITS! And to prove that, you’re going to see that you can accomplish so much more than what you set out for yourself.

 

Weight goal? We’ll hit it, and then some!
 

Run a mile? We’ll run 5!
 

Hit a 200lb squat? How about a 220lb squat (with perfect form, for that matter)!
 

Bend over without pain? You’ll be lifting more than your own body weight without pain!

See where I’m going with this? It’s all about Xceeding Xpectations!


At XT, the ultimate goal is to have you become the strongest, healthiest, most motivated and confident version of yourself. It is all about accountability, movement quality, PERSONALIZED nutrition guidance (because everyone’s nutrition plan will be different), full body functional training, and so much more!

What makes XT so special? GOALS! Each and every individual I meet and work with have different goals and Xpectations, are in different stages of their lives, have been through different life experiences (good and bad), and are at different levels of movement! This gives me the ability to change lives in so many different ways and to bring back the hope that you can be strong, healthy, and moving like you did during your greatest childhood memories!

As a coach, my goal is to have you become the strongest, healthiest, most motivated and confident version of yourself. My coaching includes accountability, movement analysis, PERSONALIZED nutrition guidance (because everyone’s nutrition plan will be different), full body functional training, and more! You'll be moving in every direction, experiencing 360 degrees, because there's no fun when all  you do is move forward and backwards.
