Corrective Exercise Therapy

Corrective Exercise Therapy focuses on getting to the actual cause of body pain so that a proper plan can be executed to restore muscle health, relieve pain now, and prevent it in the future. I will use techniques such as strength and resistance training, stretching and mobility work, myofascial release therapy, muscle atrophy correction, and more. These techniques are not only designed to have you moving pain free, but to also teach you exercises that you can take with you for the rest of your life. You will learn what the root problem is, what we are doing to fix them, WHY we are doing each specific technique, and how to prevent pain from ever returning!

Partner Sessions

Do you have a friend, a significant other, a coworker, or a family member who wants to join you in finally learning how to do fitness RIGHT and actually start seeing results? Because that's what partner sessions are all about! Even if you have two completely different goals, it doesn't matter! Because with proper programming and coaching, you can workout right at each other's sides while BOTH Xceeding what you came here for! Sessions will be hard work, but they'll also be a HECK of a lot of fun-- competitions against one another, spotting each other, pushing each other when you want to quit. It's a perfect package!

1 on 1 Personal Training

This is as personal as it gets! A full fitness program with complete and undivided attention to YOU! Each and every part of our training will be custom to your goals, including your warm ups, program design, workouts for days we don't train together, nutrition, recovery, cardio homework, and more! I will be with you every step of the way from demonstrating proper technique to cheering you on as you finish what you didn't think you could do!

Small Group Training

If you feel most motivated or comfortable when you go to group fitness classes, then my small group training will Xceed your Xpectations! With groups of 3-6 people, you'll receive much more individual attention, making sure form is perfect, the workouts are directly correlated to your fitness goals, your work to rest ratio is accurate and fair, and you're continuously progressing through the program without just doing the same old hour circuit of sweat and tears every week.

    Virtual Training  

It's not always easy to leave your home to head to a gym to train with a certified trainer. That's why virtual training is a HUGE benefit! Whether it's 1 on 1 or small group sessions, my goal is to make my virtual training sessions AS IDENTICAL AS POSSIBLE to in-person sessions. From demonstrating exercises, to correcting form, to counting reps and rest periods, to laughing and having fun-- it's as close as you can get to that in-person experience without having to commute. Virtual training custom programs can be WITH or WITHOUT equipment and done wherever you have space! All sessions are done through FaceTime, Zoom, or Skype (your choice)!
